Organic or natural oil for baby skin care?

What would you guys think is the best organic baby skin care product that is as close to being unrefined and chemical free as possible?  Is mineral oil ok for baby skin?  Asking for wife's friend who had a recent newborn but guess should have paid attention for our own kids.

Even if the baby skin is dry you shouldn't be adding extra oils.  It's not recommended by pediatricians.  Also stay away from talcum powder, it's supposed to be bad for baby skin.  Keep the diaper area cleaned and pat dry to avoid rashes.

Why? baby oil was the standard when we were growing up?   Does this extend to moisturizer?
