I have heard good things about kefir myself, but have never tried it.

should be evident from this website, yogurtfreak :), eat whatever fermented food you like - yogurt, kimchi, kefir, million year eggs, tahn, doogh - all these replenish your gut flora.

then feed the colon and stomach bacteria with good fuel - green leafy veggies, other fruits and veggies.

also consider probiotics in a pill
