I break out near myperiod every month.  I think it is becuz my bf is so dirty and wears the same stinky t-shirts to bed every night.   I dont want to take any drugs.   What kind of natural treatments do you guys use to make your skin not break out?  Or just look better in general?

I've been reading about this and have trouble finding definitive info.  Mayoclinic site has an article by a dermatologist who recommends a good "skin diet".

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/healthy-skin/AN01863

His vision is that leafy vegetables, salmon, tomatoes, blueberries etc are good for the skin.  Then he also says that there's evidence that fats and processed sugars are bad for the skin.  But where is he getting this information?  I don't want be following another case of bad science like the saturated fats debate.

make him change his tshirts more often number one.

maybe consider yasmin as a pill - helps clear up your skin

what about a nightly skin care routine if you dont have one?

exfoliate alternate days, and a gentle wash before bed?
