I am very clear that my hands need to be clean after leaving bathroom, while cooking and in general.   But i want to avoid SLS in soap.  what is a good alternative hand soap that is SLS free?

Get a Tom's of Maine SLS free shop, and rub your hands well under water.

Univ of Rhode Island has a page up that says if you don't use soap at all, studies suggest that washing hands does absolutely nothing.  So it's important to at least use soap.  What kind I don't know.  What's SLS anyway?
